Being in the Northeast of the US, I only have 3 fast food places to go to.  McDonalds, Burger King, and Wendy's (none near where I live though) I mean, we have your applebees and your chili's, but no really good places to go. I've only seen one fuddruckers in my life, only seen a nice juicy white castle in the movies, and I haven't even heard of the rest in this thread. :( the only real way to get a good burger is to go to a local restaurant or to make your own.  There are some damn good places around here though :)

There's also this place near me called "Doyle's" in Jamaica Plain (inside Boston), Massachusetts.  If you're ever in Boston, go there.  They have AWESOME burgers, and if you like sweet potato fries, it's worth switching them in for the steak fries (it's like $1.50 or so)

The Whopper is win.  As creepy as The King is, he's right about the burger at least.

What is your favorite place to get a burger? For me it's a local deli that is AWESOME.

I like burgers because I like to eat big meat!!!!!
