In the the later parts of the game the stages actually get two checkpoints instead of just the one, the stages become FAR more challenging (Especially when you hit the Clockwork tower on stage 3, basically a nightmare) and they also become longer is some cases so you do eventually see two checkpoints.
The problem that I find with the checkpoints is that you can get past a really hard part and hit the checkpoint only to die over and over again since you took so much time on the bottom section that the area bellow you is falling out constantly making you have to replay the earlier parts of the stage that you might just have figured out on a fluke but only to make sure that when you hit the checkpoint you have a longer time before the section falls out.
I honestly think Jeff just took this game under his review wing since it was just an Atlus made game and it was either him or Vinny that would be able to review it would could actually enjoy the craziness that this game entails.
I personally think that this game is great, I'm not going to go on an entire rant on why I think Jeff is wrong in everything he said on the Bombcast earlier this week, Mabey this game was a bit to anime crazy weird drama/sim game for him. I think the block puzzles are fun and being able to get different opinions once you hit each sub-area on how to make different paths to get up to the top makes the game challenging in a fun way, I actually get really big chills when I see Vincent getting to the brink of instanity as both Kathrine with a K and Cathrine with a C just gives me a certain rush of whats actually going to happen at the end of my playhrough.
Kinda went on a small rant but I was excited for this game and listening the Bombcast really gave my second thoughts on if I should actually go to the Gamespot to purchase this game, I'm glad I did, If you like Puzzles and crazy anime drama you might want to give this a try.
The voice actor behind Gears of War's Cole Train is apart of a squad in the later part of the movie and at one point says "Hell I need to get back to Delta".
Not sure of the time on the release of the beta for Bulletstorm owners, was wondering if anyone had an idea of what time the beta will actually be avalible on Monday.

My first playthrough with my warrior, I Definetly missed a few quest's as at the end I only had about 92 complete, my Rogue on the other hand only missed 1 quest which was just finding of the tomes that in turn would allow me to kill the demon that starts with the Letter X And that I will not look up and I have not done that yet which also involves another achievement of "The Exorcist", but considering that the achievement says "Complete" the game which in all other video games surely means just beating the last boss, I have infact done that.
This arguing about me not completing every single quest is accurate but the quest just states complete the game not find every single Codex or find every single ingredient, I beat the last boss of the game and Did most of the quest's on both playthrough that is why I was concerned about not getting the achievement as I thought it just meant beat the last boss, if anyone can confirm that the achievement actually means "Do everything in the entire game" then that news would be grateful.
