I'm trying to stay in the "under 7.50" zone, but I've got my eye on the Crysis + Crysis Warhead pack. I've never played either of them. Is it worth it to get both? Or should I stick with one or the other? I feel like I've heard that Warhead is the better game...
Crysis is by far the better game. Warhead is a misguided sequel, but still good.
I enjoyed the first episode, though Skyler at this point is just irritating. It was pretty slow, I guess because it's basically just them cleaning up the shit from season 4. The beginning of the episode is what got me most excited, as that implies that shit goes downhill at a fairly steady rate.
I still find that part of the story unsatisfactory. How did the kid ever ingest it? Some strange man comes over to tell him to eat something and neither his teachers or parent does anything about it?
The Trouble With Clones is decent, the other two are pretty terrible. The rest of the DLC are optional vehicles and outfits basically, which you should be able to preview on the store page.
GW1 was a decent game, am more curious than anything to see what Anet has done in the past few years. From the betas I played it doesn't seem too great though, fighting mechanics are more or less broken at the moment. But we'll see on release.
An issue like powering on for a certain amount of time before failing would seem to indicate overheating. If it was your PSU or motherboard, the reaction would be quite binary (either it would power on or it wouldn't). Try powering on again, this time pressing the CPU heatsink onto the CPU with moderate pressure. If your heatsink is loose, this could cause the CPU to overheat right off the bat on startup, interrupting display function.
GTX 460 was released 2 years ago as a mid end card. It's now low end, or at the most, bottom of mid end until GTX 660 is released next month. Suggesting this card for use in a new gaming PC and that it can run some of the most demanding modern games at 50fps is disingenuous at best.
You give an entry level PC build lacking half of its components that uses a nearly 4 year old CPU and it still costs $450. Enough said. Conversation can't go anywhere when you lack fundamental knowledge about components and are being deceptive.
