Games Wot I Like

Some games which I think are the best games ever made, these are classics.

List items

  • A Turning point in the interactive nature of videogames. A real revolution.

  • Runs with what Deus Ex started, and if anything improves it. The amount of ways to complete any mission are staggering, as are the conversation trees. The best dialogue in any game ever. Beautifully insane in places, with a dark sense of humour, and the best story in any video game.

  • One of only two games I've ever bothered to complete 100%, a wonderful story, glorious attention to detail, and some of the best dialogue this side of Vamp. Also amazing soundtrack, and amazing graphics.

  • The only other game I've ever bothered to complete 100%. An amazing and crazy world, and one of the best games ever made.

  • A crucial game in the history of Video Games. Involved people in the story, like nothing else has before it. Astonishingly good.

  • One of the few Stealth games (along with MGS and Chaos Theory) that actually manage to be fun. Failure is just as fun as success in this game, and another game with vast replayability.

  • Or Farenheit, as it's correctly named. An absolutely insane story, where you fight the internet, and some of the most atmospheric set-pieces in video games. It resists classification, but were I to classify it, it'd be an Adventure game. Where it that, it'd be the best Adventure game ever made.

  • Immeasurably better than the first Max Payne, a gritty, occasionally darkly humorous, tale of Film Noir revenge.

  • Carries on the spirit of the old GTAs. Beautifully insane.

  • IMO, the best Final Fantasy ever. Not a popular choice, but it was the only FF I was captivated by.

  • The best Star Wars game ever, and one of the best RPGs ever, very, very good.

  • The best multiplayer shooter ever made, endlessly entertaining.

  • Everybody wants to rule the world.

  • The most fun game Introversion has ever made. An awesome game from an awesome developer.

    Chris Delay is a god.

  • Wonderfully tense strategy, played a lot of this over the years. Another reason to love Introversion.

  • A really great game. I spent far too long playing this game when I was younger. They were not wasted. Aliens shall never rule over my Earth.

  • A wonderfully silly arcade shooter, for my money, the best arcade shooter ever made, wonderful stuff, ignore the stupid story, and wonky level design and just enjoy the fun. Better than Serious Sam.

  • Indie Games are the future.
