You guys all get my massive respect. I played this game alot and never came close to beating it. The farthest I ever got was the ice level. Awesome game though and the music from level two is ridiculously badass.

When you are given the chance to fight Magus to reclaim Frog's honor, did you do so on your first playthrough or did you have him join your party?
I had to have him in my group no matter how much I liked Frog. Between Crono, Magus, and Frog I just felt like that was my favorite team up of characters in any RPG to date.
I honestly hope it does well, but I'm not buying this game again. I already have it still on my SNES and if I really want to play it again for about the 25th time, then I'll just grab it out of the attic and hook that bad boy back up.
I really hope this is a sign of more Chrono news in the future from Square-Enix and another sequel soon. The time is now!

I also agree with you Megalon.......just getting to the last dungeon every time is damn hard. I remember having to use all your magic to turn into a fairy to go through that one section of the cave and all the other obstacles. By the time you finally got to "the spirit of Ganon", I was totally wiped (not even to mention Link's shadow......which I only saw my father beat when I was young).
I'm with you guys. If this was $70.00 I would probably pick up the LE but $80.00 is a bit too steep in my opinion. I'll just have to pick up the standard version.
I have a Wii as my second console. I kind of don't see the point of getting a PS3. It offers too similar an experience as the 360. Although that MGS4 is tempting. lol
