wow really?  All the MMOs I've been hyped for have gone on to make dump truck loads of cash.  Everquest,  City of Heroes, Eve, World of Warcraft.  I really wanted to be able to like Age of Conan and Warhammer but it was more than obvious they were going to bomb 6 months out.

Who said it's going to die? It's being made by 2k and it has the name of one of the greatest franchises of all time. Everybodies saying its practically guaranteed to be at  E3

The game is free, I suggest checking it out. It's not just a WoW clone like RoM or something else..

The UI is a massive wow clone. And how is it different. EVERYTHING in that picture screams WoW again..why not just pay apaid MMO. 

Seriously, why do so many companies try to crank out MMOs when all these mmos seem to fail within the first 3-5 years. When you think about it almost every MMO with a subscription fee gets so desperate to keep there dwindling fanbase that the go Free 2 Play within like 3 years. Almost every single MMO that I've ever gotten hyped for (APB, Age of Conan, WAR, Hellgate: London, Tabula Rasa, etc.) Have all completely bombed and failed within 3 years of their release.

I don't know if they count, but their body of work is huge so i'd recommend parliament funkadelic

Edit: I need to stop posting before I actually watch the video, I am now deeply disturbed. The thought of one of those mutating to be compatible with humans is just...disturbing.

It's funny how the guy against video games was acting hyped and immature while the guy for video games was pretty calm and collected the entire time. But in all honesty I can't really rag on Fox in this situation, for once this time they were not grossly unbalanced. As you saw they did get a video game expert on the show and they did give him plenty of time to plead his case and make his points.

@Commando: Ok, as long as you see the insanity in preventing the medics from reaching him. 
 
@JB16: Again, this brings us back full circle to the war on drugs. Before they even make the decision to send in a SWAT team, what is the benefit of the raid? And really, how much research had they done before barging in? Seems to me that a little basic investigation would have revealed that the man was not a threat.

So far Persona 3 has one of the best character driven stories I have ever seen. I never though a Jrpg could make characters just as deep and likeable as a Bioware game but they managed to do that and so much more. Not only that but the soundtrack was amazing and really set the mood, especially for the sad scenes.
