I was a camper when I was playing CoD 4 & WaW, but I did throw some run and gun in to mix things up every so often.. One thing that always bothered me was when people would complain that camping takes no skill. Camping requires a lot of patience and situational awareness. It requires you to be aware of all entrances, walls that can be shot through, windows that make you visible to snipers, and to know the prime spots on each map (which in turn requires you to know each map in detail). So yeah, while that play style might not require the quickdraw skill of a run and gunner, it does take strategic skill to do properly. And to me that is fun.
I have spinal muscular atrophy, which is a form of muscular dystrophy. My mobility is extremely limited, so much so that I can only use one mouse button and one keyboard button. In order to play most games I use a voice-recognition program called VoiceButdy to input commands.
It can be somewhat of a hassle because you must take the time to speak the command, wait for your computer to recognize the command, and then wait for the computer to execute the action related to the command. In total time it takes only a second, but when you're playing online against able-bodied people who can execute game actions much more quickly than you can, you tend to lose the quick-draw scenarioes in an FPS. Camping, therefore, becomes your best strategy. :-)
The Animated Series/JLU cartoon version of Superman would be the best bet for building a good game around him. He isn't stupidly overpowered like in the comics.
I've dealt with chronic kidney stones since I was 12 (27 now). Five times I've had to deal with those nasty little fucks, including over this summer. As all of the others that have experienced it have already stated, the only thing you can do is drink plenty of fluids and wait it out.
