I will say that this has made me want to play Xenoblade Chronicles again. Unfortunately, there is no easy way to get a copy. Conundrums have been created.

Well up until about 6 months ago this would have been an easy vote for Civ V for me. However, I finally managed to make it through to the interesting parts of Wings of Liberty, and dammit if that game isn't incredible. It's still close for me, but I'm going to vote SC2.

Portal 2 is up there with my favorite games ever, and DP plays like hot garbage, even a fascinating story can't save it from that. Portal 2 has to take it for me.

I Geometry Wars is pretty great, but dammit if MGS4's ridiculousness isn't some of the best shit ever. My friend watched me play it start to finish in one day. We were transfixed.

I've played both and while I find Xenoblade Chronicles to be perfectly passable, DA:O is one of my favorite games of this generation. My vote has to go to that.

Well I think this game actually looks pretty cool. I'm curious to see how it turns out. It seems like a lot of people are dismissing it out of hand just because of the Killzone name which seems like a shame to me.

This is a tough one, but I wasn't there for the zeitgeist of figuring out all of puzzles in Fez. Figuring them out wasn't as exciting when I would hit a wall for a while and the answer would immediately be there without trying to work through it with the community. It was still fantastic of course. Braid on the other hand I figured out all the way through and much like both Portal games it made me feel like a genius every time I figured out a puzzle. Now that may not be true, but it certainly felt like it so I have to put a vote down for Braid. Not to mention how many games have used the template of Braid this generation.

Blood Money seems fascinating and I want to play far more of it, but dammit if I don't love the shit out of Arkham Asylum. If this were Arkham City I would probably vote differently though to be fair.

I have to play through the rest of Valkyria Chronicles pretty badly, but XCOM is one of my favorite games of this generation by far so I have to put my vote down for it.

I've never managed to make it through RDR. Something about the mechanics just always felt kind of terrible to me. I plan on making it through it one day though. I also don't like TF2 all that much either so I went with the one that seems to hold the most importance to this generation which would probably be RDR.
