Okay so I am a psycho and I love first person dungeon crawlers ;p!? Either way they announced a release date for Grimrock in todays friday update and the game should be available in "early april 2012". Based on the dev comments from their new official forums it looks like the game will also be available on steam and at least a few other platforms. Sadly for mac users that version isn't going to be ready for a bit.
23, and the test seems mostly full of crap. At least 25% of the questions I literally felt like I didn't agree or disagree not even a little but you got to pick one or the other. Like most "research" tests it is trying to force a result which by definition makes the result skewed.
Glad someone on the forum calls it like it is. I had to laugh when the official giantbomb news posts talking about last story coming over didn't even say a word about project rainfall. Are they solely responsible? Unlikely. But it is outright ridiculous to suggest the campaign had no effect.

Make or break question, is there a fucked up spell cast delay like in FFXII where only one spell can be active on screen at a time making your other characters stand around stupidly and wait even though their cast bar is full and the melee enemies are free to take multiple turns attacking? Seriously, that horrible design decision is what makes FFXII one of my least liked main series FF games and one of only two that I simply could not put up with long enough to complete.
No, there isn't. But this game is alot about combo's and intelligent attacking. Many many many abilities have synergy with other skills and the key to roflstomping your enemy like a joke is knowing how to do this order right. A good player who knows the system can literally win fights an average dude would have problems with so easily that the enemy may never even get to attack once.
No you just need to wake up and realize that is exactly what reckoning mode is for. You are supposed to use it to make boss fights easy mode, not to mention get a shit ton of bonus exp.
A few of the things I read about Demon's Souls make me think I wouldn't like it, even though I really enjoy Dark Souls. The lack of refillable health flask and stage based world sound like turnoffs.
Just so you know in Demon's Souls you actually get more spells that heal, your mana is refillable with consumables and you can carry literally hundreds of healing items on you if you want. Also while the worlds are "stage" based you can quick travel to any "bonfire" (for lack of a better term) from the hub world once you unlock it. Truthfully once you learn the levels getting around in Demon's Souls is quite easy and unlike Dark Souls never requires you to retrace your steps unless you choose to.
@Video_Game_King: Uh .... yeah? I know I posted a link to one I started awhile back and no one cared. I could understand if someone were posting links to video's that had nothing to do with the game (in this case persona 4), were spammy about it, or lead to some sort of monetized video or advertisement hell for a website they ran but if none of that is the case what is the big deal?

Uh it is his piano rendition of a track from the game that he as slightly remixed and it is even posted in the games forum. There are people who might like the music from the game and want to hear someone elses take on it, so it doesn't seem spammy. People post links to let's plays they are doing all the time on this site and I rarely see one of those get chewed out. (I know mine didn't)
