Don't think I've ever laughed so hard at a movie.

I've really wanted to play this game since I heard about it but the Canadian dollar being so shitty and game being 79.99 here has made me really put into check what I'm buying. I'm gonna have to wait for this one to go on sale or drop in price before I get it.

I'm currently sitting at 246 and I think it started being a problem with me around 150. Thing is though a lot of these are keys from old boxed copy PC games that have Steam support now and Humble Bundle.

Though overall it's probably not as big a hurt to my wallet as it could have been since I feel 80% of the games and DLC on my list are from Steam Sales and Humble Bundles. Never really buy individual games on steam unless they're on sale. And I've for sure never bought a game on release day on Steam.

I swear this isn't a troll answer, but, Final Fantasy 7.

I never played it as a kid as I didn't own a PS1 and I tried to play it about 2 years ago and just hated it.

Mine was technically two parts on Day 4. It was just the juxtaposition between Dan eating everything off the Taco Bell menu and Vinny's "artisanal" taco session. Those two parts, one after another made it so I couldn't stop laughing.

This type of thing happens a TON in the anime community. And the things that bother me there also bother me in videogame community.

Fandom bring hyperbole.

I'm not saying I'm immune to doing this, by writing this post I'm a huge hypocrite because I'm head over heals for Metal Gear and Jojo's Bizarre Adventure. When a person who is insanely into the fandom of a certain series/product they tend to use hyperbolic statements to describe why it is good. They're standards the you know as the listener there's a 90% chance you won't love it as much as this person explaining it to you, and instead of going through whatever it is and being disappointed to you enjoy "X" as much as that other guy/girl you just avoid it all together.

The other thing that I find happens is that the person explaining the thing uses terms, or reasons that only people who are already hugely into whatever it is would understand what they're talking about. Leaving the listener just confused and with no real reason to check out whatever it is they were trying to convince them of.

It's all about how you are positive about the product. If you can give a nice reasonable and thought out explanation then you're more likely to turn someone onto whatever is you're talking about. If you just use this hypothetical opportunity to fangasm in someone's face then you're not going to convince them of anything.

I'm really excited to play Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: Eyes of Heaven just to see how they translate some of the powers they have picked to actual battle. Like for Dio from Part 7, he just turns people into Dinosaurs, so I wonder if that will come into play somehow.

There wasn't the option for both, which I'm most likely going to do. But if I had to choose one it's most likely going to be Persona 5.

@devil240z: Yeah EDF has been notorious for that in the past too. But I already have my "in between blockbuster releases game" which is late game Disgaea 5. So I actually wonder when I'll get to playing this lol.
