Giant Bomb API Reports - Concepts appearing in 0 games

This one's a bit stale, because I got errors when I tried to post it earlier. Here are concepts that at the time were not attached to any games.

Though its not much help to this quite large list ive added 1/2 games to the "Xbox Live Aware" concepts (Fable and Fable: The Lost Chapters). I would add more but im too sleepy to research any other games than those that came to mind.

id Tech 6 is quite unnecessary. Sure, Carmack will create id Tech 6 someday, but he hasn't even finished id Tech 5 yet, and although he has already spoken about ideas for the next iteration, I don't think it deserves a page. Not yet at least.

Added Metro 2033 to 4A Engine page.

Those Pokemon should be added to games...

Edit: Done. I think I got them all.

Couldn't the E3 page be deleted, since there's already a page for each year?

@StarFoxA: That page is apparently intended as a sort of "franchise" page, with common information about E3 that would otherwise have to be duplicated on every year's page. You may want to ask Marino about that one.

Yeah, that's basically what it is.  We decided at some point that no games should be added to the page.  Games shown at E3 are only listed on the page(s) for the year(s) they appeared at the event.

@Marino: Yeah, I figured. Just seemed sort of needless to me, what with all of the other E3 pages. But hey! That's your area of expertise.

@StarFoxA: Well, it's not completely necessary I guess.  But it works well as a hub.
