Actually, if anyone has an even more recent example of this problem it would be really awesome. I dont think our issue tracker has the info that far back so its hard for me to make sure this is a redis problem.
Ah this is being caused by the occasionally sporadic failure to connect to redis.....
I will put in some safe guards to prevent it from destroying the data, but you may not get wiki points for the object if this error occurs. It will at least prevent data from being corrupted.
I have restored Warhmammer 40k to the right data, I think I have a copy of Far Cry 3 I can restore. Let me know if there are other pages I can restore.
@raycarter: This may have been a technical glitch? I think that message only comes up when the system doesnt think there are any releases for a game (the button shouldnt show then though). Are you still unable to create a review? (I can at least get to the form fine).
Another note, saved video times for premium subscribers are lost from before midnight tonight. Sorry everybody, theres no way for us to reconstruct that data.
@humanity: Yep dave mentioned it a little bit ago, we are reimporting wiki points on objects to correct some stuff. We are re-enabling editing real soon.
So this morning one of our servers was freaking out, try editing it now and see if you still get these issues. I think the submission was getting halfway done and then erring out. Were disable Wiki Edits soon, but afterwards please try again and see if it still messes up.
