Weird, I can't find the servers. The first letter in the name is G? (as in Giant bomb is the first word?)

Yeah do what the pushover with compelling anecdotal evidence says, bend over and "deal with it". "
Actually, everyone here is using anecdotal evidence with regards to camping (Unless you have stats from Treyarch that outlines how many people camp in this mode), and I wouldn't refer to him as "the pushover" since he's actually dealing with the problem the way he wants to. The "bending over" part was all you

Not really related to this weeks TNT, but they've said they would throw up servers (not necessarily for COD:BO) for premium members. So, if they were to do it eventually, hopefully they'd do it for this Thursday. That said - this is all speculation.

@Boom_goes_the_dynamite: Was that a mocking "fight the power"? If so, where exactly do you disagree with what I said?

I also think it's weird how the subscribers now feel righteous for trying to save the bombcast for everybody else. Any way you shake it, it's a highly divisive move by Whiskey Media.

Wait, what? I have to pay to support a system in order to show that I don't support the system?

Also, to be honest I would've paid a subscription because I do want to support these guys. I'd like to pay if it feels like I'm helping a friend out - not if I'm helping out all these other sites and doing it because I've been forced to since the thing I enjoyed very much (bombcast) has been perverted. Don't get me wrong - I'm grateful to Whiskey Media for footing the bill to this amazing website - I just feel this was one of the worst ways to tackle the issues

Ah, so when they were being congratulated on having the best gaming podcast in the world, they'd have to accept that knowing full well they were going to fuck us in the ass. I don't care about anime, or comics, or certain peoples opinions on movies - if you just left the bombcast alone instead of changing the formula and time-delaying everything into a giant mess then I'd be happy. Also, congratulations to those who just take this bullshit and ask for more.

This game has one of the clunkiest, most horribly poorly thought out and backwards user interface I have seen in a long time. I recall reading somewhere that they didn't pay attention to other MMO's like WoW, but God damn they should have. Also, you can't jump.

"  I think this move makes sense for Blizzard. They have always been extremely gung-ho on removing people who cannot act in a manner appropriate for a community.  Employers who want to know what you do can already go on your facebook and look at all your possibly shameful stuff. Does adding WoW to their information really change their perception of you much?  If you don't want people to know anything about you, just don't post anything on the internet at all. Delete facebook, delete your twitter, delete your linked-in, delete your email accounts. Use a dynamic IP and change it every day.  Really don't see how this is such a terrible thing.    @atomic_dumpling Remove your address and finances from facebook then. Why are you posting that sort of stuff on the internet?  Sure everyone has things they don't want the world to know for security reasons (and some because they're jackasses) but that doesn't mean everyone in the world is stupid enough to post it all in forums or sites where access is easily obtained.  "
Why can't they remove those who cannot act in an appropriate manner? The forum posts are already traceable back to your Battle.net account, what would adding a real name accomplish? If they actually moderated the forums properly they could still remove the trolls' ability to post through their Battle.net accounts

I have a 360, this exact bug happened to me. It was in Thieves Landing also, and part of the same event (someone was kidnapping the woman). As far as I remember the slow down began as the woman hit the ground, after killing her captor. The lag was fixed in a very similar way, except I cut her free instead of picking her up.

So - basically what everyone else has been saying!
