Remake a game that is only 1 generation old? Thats stupid. To remake a game I think you need it to be at least 2 generations ago, but I'd prefer they wait 3. KOTOR stands up as a good game today still. There is no need to remake it. It would merely be a graphical update, and 1 generations graphics which isn't significant enough to warrant a remake.

A new KOTOR game would be great though..

They can in some places, but its not too common. I think.

As far as I was aware it had been canned.

I think the wii sonic game (can't remember what it was called) was a great idea. It seemed like it would bring back that sense of speed that the games are famous for. It was OK, but not great. Maybe if they did something like that but with better execution?

But in all honesty I wouldn't be disappointed to see 3D sonics disappear all together, and have them release a load of new 2D sonics.
