Women's restrooms are so much different, especially in a professional setting.  First - most women prefer to just hold any bowel movements until they're not at the office, or until they're sure no one else is in the bathroom.  Don't ask - we hate going poo if there's anyone else in the bathroom.  However, if we have no other choice, we ALWAYS courtesy flush. 
 
Because remember, women's shit smells like roses.  We can't give anyone a chance to refute that.

When it comes to good friends having "casual" sex however, I have literally never seen it happen with one of the parties not wanting more out of the relationship.  It always seems to come down when one party has sex with someone else and the other gets pissed, but that's platonic friend group stuff which is often like that.
