Yeah, very much so - hoping it'll make some of the weapon challenges a bit easier to complete as well :)

No, it's not the end of WoW.

If anything, this could be the rejuvenation that was missing in Cataclysm (which rehashed a lot of content that the majority of active players won't bother with). And most importantly, unlike Cataclysm, where half the content has been wiping off old content and just having us repeat old content (with some fresh paint slapped on) - not to mention that these villain-based expansions are starting to feel very old-hat and formulaic.

Personally, I look forward to checking out Pandaria. An expansion not focused on a villain is going to be refreshing after the last 3 expansions...

Also: Even with the glaring flaws of Cataclysm, WoW is today a much game better than it was in Classic, pretty much across the board. Unless, of course you liked the excessive use of the color brown, extremely unbalanced classes, poorly designed boss-encounters, much longer periods between content patches, and a lot less to do. You are, of course, welcome to admit that you are bored of the game.

Video recording, fully integrated - just like how screenshots work now.

Ultimately, I'd want Steam to have (optional, for the user) video recording that works like APB's video recording used to work (minus the videos not rendering correctly for dual-screen users), ie: start recording before you hit the record button - allowing you to hit the record button as something crazy has happened, saving the crazy moment :)

@Brake: You can, you just need to jump through a hoop everytime that happens: Start the game you want to play. Alt-tab out, back to Steam. Go to downloads. Press Resume. Play your game.

It does make sense that it pauses automatically, you don't want to download a massive game while playing a competative multiplayer game, for instance - but I agree, it's annoying.

Not finished Demon's Souls (yet, working on it - only recently remembered that I hadn't finished it), and getting Dark Souls friday (Europe).

I'd agree with "Deliberate" animations, I'd disagree about Clunky. (thinking of Demon's Souls here, not seem much of Dark Souls specifically yet, but from the Quick Look, it looked very similar).

Interest is probably a mix of checking out something that isn't "the beaten path" in game develoment at the moment, and enjoying monster design - there's some crazy stuff going on in there. :)

Tried Monster Hunter on PSP. Didn't like it, felt clunky and slow... then again, I don't like most PSP games because they aren't games that I want to play on a handheld. Might be related.

Yeah, whenever I reach the point of "Ok, sold - getting this game.", I go dark - completely avoiding and ignoring any trailers and stories about games... unless something really outlandish catches my eye... which I tend to regret later.

I'd much rather experience everything unspoiled by other's expectations and/or experiences than going in knowing everything - well, in most cases.

Which leads to great annoyances, being in Europe... getting most games half a week later (or worse), with a bunch of topics around here spoiling key moments of the games in topic titles...

@Duncs: 1) Well, I'm aware of the Cyanogen (and XDA) stuff, but I've elected not to mess around with custom ROMs. I may reconsider this in the future, but at the moment, it's not something I want to put time into getting right.

2) I'll check it out. I've been using Watchdog, which catches misbehaving apps. I've got an unlimited data-plan, so I don't actually use Wifi... but instead I'm pretty much constantly connected... and as a result, I go through about 75% of my battery per 24h monday-friday (I tend to use the phone less during weekends).

On the other hand... I browse a lot, and normally have Spotify running quite often... so it's not a huge surprise that I drain the battery as fast as I do - though my old HTC Hero lasted about 2-3 times longer :)

But thanks, I'll check out JuiceDefender.

@AlexW00d: The Galaxy S2 does not have a 1280x720 screen - it's only 800x480, but uses a gorgeous "SAMOLED+" screen, which'll give you awesome colors... but can't really replicate the sharpness of the "Retina display".

The Nexus phones are a bit more than just rebranded models from various producers (remember, HTC did the first Nexus), but, yes... not really, without having read up on the rumors on the Nexus Prime, I'd guess that the Galaxy S 2 stands somewhere halfway between the Nexus S and the rumored Nexus Prime.

Personally, I'd probably at least wait and see what the new Nexus is about before I dropped any cash. Though, take in mind that I already have a Galaxy S 2 (European).

A significant benefit to the Nexus series phones is that you get vanilla Android - none of the manufacturer non-sense, and you'll get future updates much faster. That's something I wish I had - especially as I don't like the hoops Samsung has you jump through for updates...

Personally, I think Android makes much better phones, while iOS devices make much better toys. And for what it's worth, The Galaxy S 2 fixes some of the things that are bad with Android - choppy UI and slow browsers, etc - by throwing an abundance of CPU at the issues. The greatest drawback to the Galaxy S 2 is battery life... especially when you turn on the backlight (which makes the screen even more gorgeous),

Hope that helps :)

@fenixREVOLUTION: As I understand it, myself not having seen that fight yet, it uses an NPC Black Phantom in Offline mode. so mostly no, I guess.

I read reviews for games I'm not sure of (but am kind of interested in). Also, sometimes, I'm really curious about what someone else thought about a game I've already beaten.

I sometimes (only) look at the the score before I play - to avoid even hints of spoilers, just to get a point of reference of what quality the game is. Score never has an effect on if I buy a game or not, however.

Of course, this only applies to Giant Bomb. I no longer read any other reviews.

@nrh79 I think you need to have a Cataclysm activated account to learn archaeology though.
