@nekusakuraba: I'll check w/ the guys at tested and screened but your post count is correct. You came into the system with 6553 posts (per count in the database). Do you also post on the other sites? If so, we lose some of the count there (I think some numbers were shared across the whiskey properties).

yup comments on articles, images, etc now count as posts. I'll take a look at the data on post counts, but they should be the exact value the old database.

hmmm, what video? Our videos don't originate from cbsinteractive, tho some of the javascript and flash may. If you have the exact file that was loaded, we can tell a lot more.

Can you provide specs on your browser, OS and what resolution / video you're watching? Our HD resolution is a bit higher quality then before and that could be a tipping point.

grrr, ok i'll bounce around a bit to other networks and locales. It was blazing fast in SF.

@villainy: where are you geographically? can you try the QL (or a different one)?

can you try in seaserpent? That is the new video player we are moving to

2. email. Also is your email different in central (usually the case if you run different accounts on comicvine/tested/screened)

if you're having problems logging into the Beta please send me a PM. From the article please provide the following info so I can clear up any issues:

1. Your Giant Bomb user name.
2. Your email address.
3. If you're a user from the old days do you have a central username that is different than your giant bomb username?
4. Is there anything odd about your password (foreign characters, abnormally long...etc) that you think might be causing a problem?
5. Are you using Facebook to login?

hey duders. We're testing out the new video setup on seaserpent right now (found a glitch w/ hd videos that should be fixed soon). Please swing by and try it out with the videos that have 'TEST' in their titles (currently 2) with the videos posted today and tell us if you've got issues. I'll keep checking this thread periodically over the next couple of days, but keeping my fingers crossed!
