@DonutFever: If you're talking about The Joker thing, then it already has (kind of), if not, then I don't want to know. If it is The Joker thing, then I'm not too disappointed in finding out, I'm still just as excited to play it.

Although not originally on my initial play through of Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune did I enjoy it, I had played it again on its hardest difficulty and loved it. I had played that around the time the trophies came along for it, and it’s probably still one of my favorite games. Then the sequel to it came out on October 13, 2009, I had been playing Crysis for the first time since my brother had just bought a powerful enough PC to play it on. When the opening cut scene had started on Uncharted 2, the ending credits were rolling on Crysis. Now, maybe it wasn’t entirely Crysis’ fault, or maybe it was, but after playing all the way through Uncharted 2 in one eight hour sitting, I noticed something was wrong, and it was just the fact that I didn’t enjoy it quite as much as I thought I would and should.

Till this day, I still don’t enjoy it as much as I originally had hoped, but I at least know why, and it’s because I didn’t find the shooting to be all that fun. I know I’m in the minority there, but aside from that one thing, everything else I did enjoy quite enough. The great characters from the first were back and then some, action set pieces were greatly cinematic, and there was just a lot to like for such a quality game. I still like Uncharted enough to want the third, but would you recommend it even though I didn’t enjoy the shooting from Drake’s Fortune’s sequel? And here’s the short on Batman… I loved Arkham Asylum, and I really want its sequel. I know I won’t be let down by that game, but who knows, I could! Which do you prefer?

That's funny, but for those that haven't played the game yet (like me unfortunately), it may have slight spoilers. I still can't believe I didn't get this first day, especially already.

It's not that bad. You won't get that frustrated, because the deaths are rarely cheap, unless you're one who likes to complain and just blame the game and not yourself when dying, or you just hate dying in games altogether. Just know that if you're going to want to proceed far into the game, you're going to have to do a lot of grinding beforehand. I of course haven't beaten the game, and haven't gotten that far in, but I'm pretty sure I know what I'm talking about.

There are only a few things in Dark Souls that bothers me, and it's not the deaths. I'm sure there are people out there that like this, but I'm not much into the fact that weapons have health in any game. In Dark Souls it's somewhat remedied by having a lot of health, but still. And the grinding makes it feel like a chore, and there's one other thing, but it may not be that bad since I can't even remember the problem. The reason the grinding gets annoying is because it stops you from seeing the rest of the games setting, bosses, and just about everything else for a while.

Yeah, I noticed this. Especially with the Resident Evil games.

I had bought both Syberia games back in 2007 for about ten dollars, and I had tried them out for a while, the first more and it's not that I'm incapable of getting into those games, but at the time, I wasn't. Do you think I should get them out of my closet and put them in the laptop to go through? Anyone remember these games? I'd like to know how you felt about the games, and if you'd still recommend them.

@Christoffer said:

I'm playing through the first Bioshock now to get the background story to Infinite. In every aspect, besides the plot, I hate it. Oh god let me finish this horrible game soon.

I don't know if anyone has told you yet, but the original Bioshock (as far as we know) is totally separate from Infinite, so if you dislike the game, you're probably just wasting your time.

None. I know why I dislike the games I dislike. Like, Uncharted 2, I think there's a lot of great stuff in there, but I thought the shooting was boring. I don't think anyone here has answered your question correctly either. By the way, really? Why do so many people dislike Bioshock and Crysis' shooting? They're fun.

I think the graphics look 'great' (8.0), so not 'really great', and not great to the extent I believe is deserves awards, but it's not bad. I'm still disappointed in it a bit although it was a pretty fun demo, though somewhat standard. I think the first still looks fantastic and I think it looks better than its sequel. There's just a lot of it that disappoints me. If it was the same exact game, but with Starbreeze making it and with their engine, I probably wouldn't be disappointed and I'd be looking forward to it more.
