" Is this why they dropped PS2 games support for the slim? "
It's pretty much impossible to know if this was the reasoning, we can only speculate.
Although, the God of War collection wasn't just emulating the ps2 games. They were rebuilt in order to take advantage of the new hardware to an extent. They are more like enhanced copies of the game rather than just popping in the original ps2 disc.

Work for Activision much?  If so just create the page http://www.transformersgame.eu like it says on my pre-order redemption card, or better still patch your damn game.  Or maybe keep your ill-informed opinions to yourself.  What I told you is fact, I got no reason to waste my time making this up. "
Even if he works for Activision what difference does that make? His was an informative post and there's no reason to be a dick about it.

" What's with all this "What do YOU think?" crap?  I thought these two were only employed for the E3 period... "
Uh oh, someone's jealous!

I can't wait for this. The first Rayman was a good platformer, but managed to feel a bit dry. Rayman 2 is probably my favorite 3d platformer outside of the Mario games.

The art for this looks amazing. Rayman and Globox greeting each other by slapping is hilarious.

That looks like more super mario galaxy which is awesome. I'm still not happy about them removing the hub world though.

"
After you unlock all of the areas of the hub it becomes tedious to get from one world to another. I'm glad they are moving away from that.
It was ok in Mario64 but it was also designed better in that game. At least now we can just go straight to the levels without trying to navigate a confusing hub.

" Oh joy... Hopefully this 3D technology doesn't rely on being usable if you have two good eyes. I was born almost blind in my right eye so as of now no 3D technology works for me. Not to mention the last thing i want is dam 3D to take over my video games. I can live with missing out on a bunch of stupid action movies, but when i have to start skipping on games because of this stupid fad i get angry. "
Are you sure about that? With the newest type of 3d, I can close 1 eye when I'm in the theatre and still see the movie in 3d. "
Dude that's just a straight up lie. Current 3D technology in theatres relies on polarised lenses allowing each eye to see a different image. When you close one eye you only see one image hence no 3D... "
No it's not, I did it when I watched avatar last week. I had an itchy eye and i scratched it, and I could still see it in 3d. "
That's not possible with current 3d technology. You need two working eyes for anything that requires glasses. That's the whole point of the glasses. Your brain was lying to you.

It looks like the 3DS tech is more like possible head-tracking mixed with heavy usage of accelerometers. Just watch the demo video.
