Well, they certainly added a lot of colour to large parts of the world in Fallout 4. Lots of rusted paint everywhere. Some people actually didn't like how much more colour there was, so you can't please everyone.

I think the world in Fallout 4 is more visually interesting yeah. The Far Harbor DLC is especially great and has lots of vegetation, although it's closer to the grey/green/blue color pallete.

The best thing to do is probably check out some game footage on youtube, or some trailers. Should give you a good idea of how the world in that game looks. Now whether the world feels more 'alive' in a game sense is harder question to answer.

Because it wouldn't be worth the money or the effort.

Basically opportunity cost.

Here are my responses, in no particular order:

Falllout 4 is way more popular than some gaming enthusiasts are willing to accept.

I'm a huge Fallout 4 apologist but Witcher 3 is top to bottom a better product, in terms of delivering on what it aims to do.

I think by now I've seen every possible criticism for Fallout 4 and people don't really compare it to Witcher 3. It's mainly to New Vegas.

Because of my preferences, I've had a much better time playing Fallout 4 and have put hundreds of hours into it. You're not alone in enjoying it!

I think I played on the 4th difficulty or maybe the 3rd. The big robots were deadly in combination with all the soldiers. I think I just hung out in the underground networks while getting rid of the soldiers and then unloading on the larger robots while leaning.

Oh and manual saving. You can manual save if you find youreself at a decent point in the fight.

It seems kind of weird to even bother with a stage show given how quickly they are going through the awards. Everything feels rushed like they've want it to be over as soon as the awards started.

I had no idea it was on. Seems quite early for an award show but there are some late 2016 games on there too so it must just have a weird time frame.

It's a pretty weird stream as the the stream hosts have been picture in picture for a while but are muted?

Which of these options covers things like traffic density and just more 'stuff' happening in the game world and in the background?

I voted physics because I think it's the closest to that.

The closest thing I can think to this would be review bombing on Steam, but then those are generally by people who already own the game.

The thing is it's impossible to tell the difference between an unsold copy of a game that is unsold because of a boycott or unsold because of other lack of interest.
