Game's biggest selling point is its story, so you're not really defending it when you say the story's too dumb to actually care about the ending. And don't try "I play Mass Effect for the gameplay, thank you very much." You don't.

None, if we can help it. If plagiarized content from any other site is found, it is removed and the user responsible for adding it has their wiki editing privileges revoked permanently.
In addition, there is a vetting process that we put users through who want to edit wiki pages. Until they reach 5,000 points, all of their submissions require approval from site staff, and part of that approval process is checking to see if the content has been ripped from some other site. Once a user reaches 5,000 points, they are granted live edit privileges and their submissions no longer require moderation. It is very, very rare that plagiarized material ends up on the site, and when it does, it doesn't stay there for very long.
Is that what you think Giant Bomb is? Wikipedia content reformatted?
@prestonhedges: Precise and stable emulation of PS2 and GameCube games are still difficult even on a top of the line PC. There's no bullshit there. Any sort of quality PS3 emulation purely through software is a long way off.
For lonely guys in basements, sure. We're talking about the people who built the thing in the first place.
Let's face it: they didn't want to not because it'd be hard, but because they knew they'd get away with it. And they will, because gamers just roll over and take it. So good luck with that.
Digital goods are pretty much worthless. You're paying ten-forty bucks to rent your goods.
But you still have your PS3 and the games are there. Instead of a disc they are on your hard drive. They aren't turning them off or anything. Direct backwards compatibility is pretty much impossible with the massive change in architecture.
