I find it hard to even write a few words for this post. I'm a lot like you. I spend all my time at my pc, I don't even play games as I used to, I just sit here waiting for time to pass. Worse than you, I have no job either and I kind of dropped uni with only one semester away from graduation. I'm not interested in anything in particular. I start to do things and I tend to quit right away because lol, the little man in my head wont let me. I think I slowly felt into depression. Now I'm considering to move on at my grandma's house. Just like you I can't stand the room I'm living in now and I think, a fresh vibe could get me out of my physical comfort zone. I think changes could be important.
As for people.. I don't like them either. I tend to observe, like you, their behavior in any social situation. I tried a few times, I've been to clubs, I met new people from the internet a few times.. but every time it's that shell I can't get past to, the small talk, the formalities. I just can't get over it. Although I need it, I mean I must need it, because what else is there in this life if not the things that makes us human? Interacting with other people, helping them, finding someone to love and to love you. Of course along with this is trying to know yourself as well as you can, always adding 'material' to the best version of yourself. If we don't like them, how can they like us?
So after reading all the posts in this thread so far I noticed one thing. Simple things. You don't have to do something that takes up all your time, do more things. In the end they add up and you wont know how your day passed by. And no, the pc is not your problem. You just make it your answer to your other problems. Pc is now required almost everywhere you go, it's just evolution. People make great things using it. I think you have to find that balance between things. Don't just kick the pc out of your free time. If you used it all this time until now, It must be something you like about it right? By reducing the time you spend on it so your activities will be more focused. You wont lose time browsing aimlessly the web, instead you will want to do 'that thing'. Thinking too much before doing something can also be bad, I know from myself, I think but I don't act. It's very bad. It eats me inside. Just let it go.
I hope it helps you in some way. I know I need to start doing things myself, and these are just some thoughts I had lately. The most important thing is to have fun I guess. When the fun meter is low you know there is a problem. :D
