@szlifier: You can expose them but by themselves they're useless in most cases.

@00: Your downloader may be querying the other files for some reason. You definitely made 20 distinct video requests today. I can look it up tomorrow and tell you what they were.

I cleared your limit so you should be OK again. You can go here now to see what your current download count is (if its not 0)

@00: You've hit your maximum daily download limit of 20.

@reasonableman: That's your device/carrier restricting when you can play video, not us or Video Buddy

@thomblweed: Yes. That's because you're not using https and there's no userID and password

This is what you want

@the_fart_wizard: You've gone over your 20 per day limit. Today we're going to add information telling you how many videos you've downloaded in the past day so you can manage your limit better.

We can't just fail with a 403 because most apps would just throw up a dumb error with no information about what's going on.
