I gave up my Gold for for Plus membership last year, haven't looked back. Of course all I do is watch Netflix and play single player games, so I wasn't really making use of the Gold stuff anyway.

Least I get "free" games for the Plus stuff?

With TF2, jump into some boot camp Mann Vs Machine. We are all still getting the hang of it. And never be afraid to ask for help, if you get bitched at for being a newbie there are dozens of other servers to play on.

As said, you gonna die - a lot. Good thing is its only a short while till you back on the field, with the added bonus of knowing what got you killed last time.

If your really into the games you'll find one you like. If not, move on and play the stuff you already enjoy. Just because you have a gaming PC doesn't mean you have to play multiplayer FPS's. It's your gaming time, what you enjoy.

None! I still own all if mine, from an NES to 360, they all still work great. I am generally the only one using them so they get fairly soft use.

If your looking for an android phone, get a nexus. We are about half way through the life span of Samsungs Galaxy Nexus, but the phone is great. Update OS and get the 2100 battery and you'll be sset

I am just going to toss this out there; why not get a mid range mac book Pro and install Win7 on it? My friend has been gaming on his mac tower for years with boot camp. Then you would have both OSs.
