Some of good fighting games that I don't like would not be on here (excluding SNK Heroines and MvCI), please respect my list.
List of Bad/Worst Fighting Games that I hadn't played yet:
Least fun amount of gameplay and lacking any characters from SNK franchises other than KOF (mainly XIV) (including Nakoruru and besides Jeanne D'Arc) and guest characters when there's "SNK" in the title? That's major disappointment for this game, even as 40th anniversary of SNK.
Reuse assets from MvC3 roster? No thank you.
They could have stick to Capcom Fighting All-Stars or They could have potential with this game including some franchise with characters that aren't any crossover 2D traditional FGs yet that could be cool with 2D sprites like Mega Man, Devil May Cry, Rival Schools, Power Stone much more to come. But it turns out it's just a copy/paste "MUGEN" game.

It could have potential if this game wasn't rush for EVO and having 40+ characters being in the paywell.
