I’m sure FH5 will be awesome, but I’m kind of looking forward to seeing what TD will be like. I played a lot of TDU and loved it. I’m just happy to see two big games coming out in the genre.

Followed these guys over from Gamespot when all that craziness happened. Wow that was a long time ago. From that mess spawned this incredible website and cast of characters that has been an important part of my life. I wish them all the best and look forward to seeing what Giantbomb becomes. While it is sad to see the band break up, I am looking forward to seeing new personalities pick up the torch.

Can't wait to see what he does. While Austin added a ton to Giantbomb, I think he would be better suited to his own site so he could dig into the things he's really interested in. I'll definitely be following whatever he ends up doing.

I felt the intro was a little heavy handed. I would have rather have had Henry's backstory revealed throughout the game. It would have had more time to build instead of dumping all that information on the player within the first 5 mins. I've had family members struggle with that disease and I wasn't as much affected as I was put off.

I went ahead and ordered one. You can cancel up to the ship date, so why not? The price is a bit on the high side for me. I was expecting $499 and hoping for less. I didn't think it would come with a controller though. I don't think the price says anything to the state of VR or its future. Like anything in tech, when the tech first hits it is expensive. This is actually pretty cheap compared to other display device technology when it first launched.

A friend and I had an idiot moment last night. We were playing Dying Light and we needed to get into a lab building to turn a mission in. We were so used to the parkour that we spent about ten minutes trying to find a way into the building by crawling all over it until we realized that we were supposed to go through the front door lol.

If the author feels there is an actual ethical infraction here she should not be recommending the game at all.

Bingo. The author isn't the only one being harmed when a person purchases the game with the intent to get a refund upon completion. Steam is being swindled by the purchaser as well out of their cut for providing the download service. If the work was indeed plagiarized then the proceeds from the game will go to the original author if they can prove their case. In that case, the consumer stole from the original author if they consumed the media and then requested the refund.

But anyway, it is all dumb because its fiction.

I bounce back and forth between gaming. If you are losing interest then try a new hobby or experience for a while. No reason to hang on to or force a hobby that you are losing interest in. You'll eventually come back around to wanting to play again. When I get really busy with work I end up enjoying reading about games more than playing them, so you can always stay in the community without having to put in the hours of play.

I was deep into WoW in 2005, so I missed a bunch of games. Ended up playing a lot of those in the OP a little later.
