South Park's first few seasons kinda sucked but I feel that once they began doing more topical shows they found their footing a bit more. Every season there are a few shaky episodes, but it's still leaps and bounds above anything else as far as animated sitcoms go right now.

I also think that show is awesome in part because of the absolutely insane world that they have built, and all the strange stuff that is apparently canon. I really liked Crab-People but I'm probably the only one, and I also about lost it when they spoofed the old Hobbit cartoon.

But hey that's me, I don't think they should have cancelled King of the Hill.

I don't watch television.

@EmuLeader:The thing is that it's less 'they're making it for casuals' and more that they're attempting to attract an audience that will never play an ME game. Just seems like a waste of resources.

It's going to be pretty interesting to see if any of the changes they've made actually attract new players.
