I saw a thread on this issue on the ps forums. It's interesting to note that post #4 thinks it's an issue that's been happening for a while, and with each new firmware, this issue is starting to show up more often.
inFamous would be an honorable mention I guess, it is technically comic style, but it's an original game character first so I didn't want to include it on the list.
@Damian: That would be great if they gave a predator challenge set in the Batcave. Gives an opportunity to spend time around the area since we weren't in the batcave for too long.

I highly doubt there will be achievements. It's a microsoft policy that free DLC wouldn't get achievements, which is why Burnout didn't get achievements for the bike dlc pack. But trophies on the other hand.... I've seen them add so much trophies on burnout on the ps3 for all the free stuff. Guess it's entirely up to the devs on that one.

The people who's names were crossed off and had a sad face were the ones who didn't appear in the game. The ones with happy faces were the ones that were in the game. Luke Oliver was not crossed off and had a smiley next to his face so it probably was the contest winner. "
