More like they will take a few months of no ER. I am pretty sure they mention they wanted to take a break for a bit. So I expect at least a month or two once persona is done before any possibility of a new ER being started.
With that said any game coming out in the 4th quarter, (likely to the latter part of the quarter), of this year would seem to be fair game. In addition the criteria of being long enough and obscure enough would need to be met.
I had it lock up once during the monster chase scene. However once the PS3 reset it, the next time it didn't skip a beat. This was before downloading the patch just fyi.
Edit: Just wanted to add that no it didn't lock up when I got the water jet.
I was pretty interested in this game when I saw the first few videos and the demo pretty much lives up to those previews. Overall a fairly enganging demo that makes me want to try the full game.
However I will be waiting for a price drop or two first.
@Dany: It may, if I was a company in the business of making money I would make sure that the game I was making could run on both systems, PS3 and 360 in this scenario. If the size of the disc is a limiting factor I would make sure that it was only as large as the 360 disc. I am not sure how much you could compress, but at some point you would have to imagine that other then having multiple discs some things will have to be cut back on if you wanted both games to remain the same.
I really don't think it will become too big of a problem since anyone who will want to make a multi-platform game will simply make it so that it can fit on the 360 disc, if it cannot be split onto multiple discs.
Ya I am going to have to agree with pretty much everyone here and say that the "new OTS" is pretty bad.
I was kinda optimistic about it when they were promoting it but after watching an few episodes that is pretty much it for me.
The host and pretty much everyone else feel like they are out of place and very impersonal. Maybe they will grow into their roles/on the viewers but I am not going to stick around to find anytime soon.
