"warhawk is a disc based game to and it $30 im talkin aboot psn games like eden, star dust, pain and bionic commando rearmed witch do not have a plat trophy cause they r psn games only and only $10"
Warhawk is a downloadable AND disc-based game. You could download Warhawk from PSN the same day you could buy it in a store. I would imagine the exact same scenario is going to play out for Wipeout HD.
There used to be 2 really good ones around here when I was a kid, but they've both become shells of their former glory. I never used to mind paying a few dollars more to buy that those stores, 'cause they'd let you go in and try and games before buying/renting. They used to also rent PC games waaaaay back in the day. I remember when I rented Daggerfall, the guy behind the counter tried to talk me out of it because i only rented it for 3 days and he told me it would probably take me months to do everything.
I rented it anyways and barely got out of the first dungeon, but I loved it so much I bought it.
If it makes you feel any better, it's totally worth it. I have a pretty nice HD projector that I have my PS3 hooked up to and I don't think I'll ever go back to a TV. I can get a 300" picture if there's enough room for it. :D
I don't know if I'd consider it the best boss fight, but I think the most impressed I'd ever been from a boss fight was the first time i played God Of War on PS2. At that point those were far and away the coolest boss fights I'd ever seen.
That would be pretty out of left field, but I would certainly welcome it. VII was never my favorite of the series but I would be so into playing a remake on PS3 just to see what they changed or improved.
I travel to the U.S. five or six times a year (mostly to NYC, Boston or Philly, but I made it to Chicago for the first time this year) The last time was for about 45 minutes. I was picking a friend up at the Detroit airport which if you've been there, you'll know that it's right by the Michigan / Ontario border. The customs guy gave me such a funny look when he asked how long I was planning on staying and I answered "Between half an hour and an hour."
I find a lot more Americans seems hesitant to come to Canada. And usually they act like they're in the strange and magical land of Oz instead of the country that's the most like their own in the entire world. Just last week I was at a gas station and a woman from Kansas came in and was like "Wow, your money is sooooo crazy!" Really? You're a middle-aged person and the fact that Canadian money is different from yours STILL shocks you? Siiiiigh.
