But  for a fun, relaxed podcast where bros and hos are just CHILLING OUT after a long ass week at a games expo? Just relax, brothers! "

We are relaxed (now at least :p) and we love the fun, relaxed format of the usual bombcasts.  But remember that the bombcasts along with pretty much all podcasts are talk shows.  With hosts, a moderator and guests all mic'd up sitting around a table for discussion.  While everyone sometimes has a tendency to talk to much or interrupt occasionally she went well beyond the acceptable limits.  What should have been a relaxed fun enjoyable show for the viewers turned chaotic and wasn't informative or entertaining (as a talk show - if you found the chaos amusing that's a different topic).  If the format of the show was "YO! MTV SPRING BREAK!" or "JERSEY SHORE" then her actions would have been right at home.  On those types of shows you expect to see 'me me me me me me!' behavior.

" I find it pathetic that people from GB are going out of their way to verbally attack someone on the bombcast. Not just on Giant Bomb, but on that person's other personal sites. That's just retarded.  I don't care how much you don't agree with someone or find them annoying (who just a single guest on a podcast mind you) - that doesn't mean you go out to verbally attack them. Who spends time to go out of their way and do that? People really need to get real here. Don't make Giant Bomb look like a userbase of fuckin' children. "

I think the users on Giant Bomb have been pretty fair to her, we've called her out on her disruptive behavior twice now and are requesting that she not be invited back.  Sure you could maybe find a few cases were people are being retarded and fighting rudeness with more rudeness but I would say the vast majority of Giant Bombers discussing this topic are being pretty level headed about it.   Now if you're saying that for me to say she completely train-wrecked the final E3 bombcast with self-centered and disruptive behavior is me going out of my way to 'attack' her then I'm not sure you objectively watched the entire bombcast or are familiar with the show in general.  I'm not attacking her that's just simply what happened.

Your emphasis that she was just a single guest on a podcast is the exact issue most people have with her on the show.  She was a single guest out of about ten speakers and she rarely let any one else get a word in edgewise.

of course, if you had a party house with a bunch of friends over, wouldn't you be too? Not only that, there's no doubt there was plenty of after parties going on at the same time, just as any other E3 day. Think about it, all these people who know each other but only get to hang out on few select occasions, there's going to be a few parties going on. "
It's either she was drunk beyond what she should have been if she agreed to be on the show or she has an uncontrollable need to constantly be the center of attention in that type of environment.   She really didn't seem that drunk to me i.e. slurred speach.  I lean towards the later as this has happened twice now. "
This is the greatest moment of your life because you get to bitch about people on the internet because they don't use your arbitrary manners. It's hilarious because you don't know how lame you are. Wah wah wah. Get over it. "
Regarding my 'arbitrary' manners:  It's very easy to extract fact versus opinion in this situation.  That's exactly why I personally stay away from making fun of things she said or her insulting her vocal qualities like others do in this context.  Those are things that are arbitrary and can be based on opinion.  However, If you have ten or so people on a talk show all there to share their views and opinions and one person is constantly interrupting and talking 50 - 70% of the time, that person is being rude and obnoxious.  That simply is not up to interpretation or opinion.   It's an interesting topic to me because there's a lot of people in our society who do these 'small' infractions and then go "whatever what's the big deal" yet they're really being rude and inconsiderate.   (i've given examples in other posts) I've been rational, logical and haven't been throwing insults at anyone (even her) in all my discussions about this.   The rest of your statement just comes across as flaming and insulting. "
It doesn't matter because you're still butthurt over stupid crap like it matters. Instead of worrying about it, maybe you should get out of your basement and go outside. Maybe run a few laps. Work up a sweat. Look at women. Drink a beer. Because the stale air has fried the part of your brain that dictates what shit matters and what shit doesn't. "
You are in a 'Leigh Alexander for next Bombcast' thread under the Bombcast discussion forum on GiantBomb.com, a site whose membership is comprised of people who are fans of video games.  We're having a rational calm conversation that is on topic.  You're coming in using a lot of 'angry' words and insults made up of negative stereotypes about video gamers.  You did forgot to throw in a few "NEEEEEERRRRDDDS!" shout outs though...

 "NEEEEEEEEERRRRRDDDDSSSS!!!!"

So what meaningful topics should we be discussing here that 'matters'?  Does anything 'matter' on a video game website?  Probably not, we're not ending world hunger or curing cancer... although Child's Play comes pretty close.  Still I do not see your point of view that what we're talking about is horribly out of line.  You sound like a great 'jock' type though.  Are a personal trainer?  Give me your contact info because you are right, I could stand to lose a few pounds.

To be fair you do have to acknowledge that Paul talked a bit more than his fair share sometimes but if you look at it as a graph it's like:

Ryan, Jeff everyone else:
 [--- this much ---]

Paul:
[------------------ this much -------------]

Leigh:
[------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- god make it stop!----------------------------- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------]

" Oh boy. <> for reals. I kinda felt bad for her but then I watched the video...   Yeah so according to Wikipedia, the Staples Center cost (in 1998-1999) $375 million to build.  $375 x 2 = $750  Yes, they could have built it twice, then still had $25 million dollars to throw a party.  <> "
I like that fact that the stadium seats at maximum 20,000 people so it would cost $15,000 per seat.   Why not just buy each person a car or crazy awesome home theater system?  You could probably win over quite a few people that way.
