Content descriptors are clearly marked on the game box, and it's the buyers responsibility to read them and learn something about this thing they're spending 60 bucks on. As an adult, I shouldn't have to sign a waiver to enjoy adult content, just like I don't sign a waiver when I go to an R-rated movie. We're way too far into the life span of video games, video game news, and video game ratings for anyone to continue using a lack of information as an excuse.
