Trevor's usefulness to the company ended in 1988 after twenty years of testing, when a Progenitor strain dubbed Golgotha Virus was isolated in her blood. Trevor's abilities allowed to her to survive her planned execution, and she would go on to live in the mountains until 1998 when she involved herself in the Mansion Incident, ultimately dying when the facility was destroyed.

A veteran known for his "impervious" mental strength, Marini was a competent and capable mission leader. He was of a clement nature and was well-respected by his subordinates.[1] His hobby was golf.

The two were friendly rivals and commonly turned target practice into competitions, with Chris generally the victor. Like Redfield and Jill Valentine, Speyer came from a military background. He had a golden sword tattoo with crimson wings on his left upper bicep and his driving skills were above average even at a hobby level.

During the 1998 Raccoon City Destruction Incident, Irons suffered a mental breakdown and began killing fellow officers and refugees, and was killed violently either by Dr. William Birkin or a G parasite. Irons also had a violent history with women and is suspected of having been a serial killer, though due to his position in the RPD and the destruction of the city, these murders were never investigated.

He was killed in 2004 during a US-STRATCOM mission to rescue Ashley Graham, the President's daughter whom Saddler's organisation had taken hostage.

As the 21st century came about, Salazar left his Catholic faith behind and converted to Los Iluminados, a cult led by Osmund Saddler, who had access to bioweapons research and was interested in Las Plagas. Although his diminutive stature resembled that of a ten-year-old, and his gray hair and wrinkled face gave him the appearance of an elderly man, he was only 20 years old.

Mendez fell to the influence of bio-weapons developer and terrorist Osmund Saddler, who converted people to his cult as a means of control. Fr. Mendez led the initial hunt for USSTRATCOM agent Leon S. Kennedy, Ashley Graham, Dr. Luis Sera, and Ada Wong as they made their way through his village, but was ultimately killed as the four made their way into Salazar's castle. Some of Mendez's distinguishing characteristics included his imposing stature and trench coat, his artificial left eye, an extraordinary resistance to firearms, and superhuman strength. He was also a fluent English L2 speaker, and collected academic writings for his personal library.

In turn, this allows Chris to throw her up to high ledges, or over large gaps in order to reach areas or objectives that a lone operative couldn't reach.

  • A British-Italian businesswoman. She is known for her leadership of Tricell, Inc., Africa and her involvement in Tricell's bio-weapons program. She was killed during the 2009 Kijuju Autonomous Zone Incident when she was experimented on against her will by her business partner, Dr. Albert Wesker.

After the training was complete, Alomar and Stone developed an extremely close relationship in which he refers to Alomar as "the little sister of the team".

  • An American black market dealer of bio-weapons who gained a global presence in the aftermath of the Terragrigia Panic. Considered to be a Mammonite, Irving continued his black market dealings despite being the director of the Kijuju oil field, owned by TRICELL Africa, Inc.'s resource development division. Irving was a suspected dealer for some time when the BSAA confirmed his presence in Kijuju, setting off a major operation to bring down his dealings, in what became known as the Kijuju Autonomous Zone Incident.

Winters was successful in rescuing Rosemary, but gave his life to protect a BSAA tiltrotor.

Eveline was unique in being the first E-Type bioweapon, alongside her unhealthy obsession with creating a family to suit her own needs.

  • An American serial killer who kidnapped, murdered and ate over a hundred men and women in Dulvey Parish, Louisiana from 2014-2017, in coordination with his wife Marguerite, son Lucas and adopted daughters Eveline and Mia. At the time of his death in August 2017 it was determined by the BSAA that the family's actions were the result of a psychoactive fungal bio-weapon that induced extreme violent tendencies.

She was killed by Ethan Winters in February 2021, after conspiring with Mother Miranda in the abduction of his daughter Rose.

  • An Eastern European biologist and cult leader who ruled over an isolated mountain village from 1919 - 2021. After losing her only daughter to the Spanish flu, she discovered and became infected by the Mold within a nearby cave. Gaining vast knowledge and superhuman powers from the infection, she pioneered research on this mysterious fungus and used it to conduct experiments on local villagers over the next century, hoping to find the perfect vessel to revive her daughter. In February 2021, she abducted the infant Rosemary Winters for this purpose and, seeing no further use for the villagers, committed a genocide by unleashing Lycans on the local populace. Miranda was ultimately killed by Rose's father Ethan Winters, who had become intertwined with a BSAA operation to contain the outbreak.
