@conmulligan: I am scratching my head trying to figure out how they can not use Zen and still remain price competitive with Sony's offering, which last time I read about it was going in that direction, either way I can't see it being much of a bump up in CPU performance without it being prohibitively expensive. Considering the CPU has been the bottleneck in more than a few games designed for a much lower spec GPU, it still worries me. I am still willing to make a bet that Bethesda gamebryo games will run like arse at 4k on these udated consoles.

@conmulligan: It's the CPU choice that worries me most, I believe that they could output frames rendered at 4K but if they are just using an upclocked version of the Jaguar cores in the original Xbox One, I wouldn't have much faith in it hitting a stable 30fps while doing so.

I requested a refund on Sunday, still waiting to hear back from them...

You guys seen this? Kinda pissed off right now, I backed this game partly on the premise that it was DRM free and had an offline mode, the fact that they've just thrown this aside as if it wasn't a big deal has me very close to asking for a refund.

I've had a gx660 for the past 4 years and I am still super impressed by it, the build quality is rock solid and the cooling is fantastic (but if you use the turbo fan boost button it's fantastically loud). The only downside is, as expected of a gaming laptop the battery is toilet.

Oh yeah and the speakers are some of the best I have ever heard from a laptop.

Updated CPU? So like some kinda 'Super FX' chip?
