I tend to, but only for games I have already completed, more often than not there is spoilerish material in these things, such as enemy designs from near the end of the game. I do sometimes even watch them for games I have no interest in playing for example I would totally watch the shit out of Eve Online behind the scenes stuff.

From what I've read, with single card setups the advantage will be barely noticeable the only time you might see any bump is with 3xsli 680's or something similar but even then it's no more significant than say switching a 2500k with a 3570k @ the same clockspeeds.

Since the game will have mod support, I was wondering which ships/scenarios/weapons you hope eventually get modded into this game?

Personally with the game having realistic physics with the directional thrusters and stuff I think having a Starfury from Babylon 5 would be the most perfect fit, since that was designed around realistic physics as well, and the graphics are pretty much were Babylon 5's CG was by season 5. Also with larger vessels I would love to see the inclusion of mass drivers picking up nearby asteroids and flinging them at enemy capital ships would be pretty awesome.

Whichever I don't need to wash up first.

OK so I am downloading the game now after a few days having trouble activating my account, only I've NEVER played an MMO before (FFXII was the closest I got and I thought that was a bit rubbish.) Anyway I figured I'd try to be a bit less of an unsociable curmudgeon and add my name to the list.

After hearing about the death of Sony Liverpool and with it pretty much any chance of a new Colony Wars game (I know it was pretty much dead before that anyway but still) This is most welcome news, I loved the control scheme in Freelancer, shame the only other game that I can think of that used it was Darkstar one, I hope whatever game it turns out to be uses similar controls.

I would have to say that Journey has been my favourite 2-3 hours of this year, but I am really enjoying Darksiders 2 at the moment.
