If you made something of course your going to say it's good because you want it to sell. I could make a really shitty (not saying Dragon Age 2 is shitty) project for school and still defend it because I put time into it and my grades at stake.    I just don't think a person invloved with making the game is the source you want to hear "Yeah its great."  Othewise every game would be like that. Leave the reviews to the reviewers. "

Can't believe nobody has mentioned X-Com: Terror from the Deep. There's also a underwater RTS called Submarine Titans. It's pretty cool, but it always crashed when you used nukes :I

DS2 is a good game, but I don't know if it's better than the original in every single way. I like what they did with the zero-g sections, floating around instead of jumping around works quite well. The game looks spectacular as well. 
 
The psychological stuff is pretty bad though. Reminds of FEAR 2. Not scary, just annoying. I wish there was more shooting and less running in empty corridors. Speaking of empty corridors, they really want you to go and buy that flash game so you can unlock all those doors, huh? I've ran past probably 50-60 locked doors by now. I know Im just missing out on ammo and health, but it's still a bummer that there's almost no exploring. It's just a straight path all the way.
 
All in all, still a great game. But the new stuff is nothing to write home about.

All kinds of weird shit happened to me when I played ME2 on Insanity. Got stuck behind cover and couldn't move, climbed on top of cover, went through the roof several times and got stuck in random level geometry. This ain't no Gears of War, that's for sure. I don't have any good advice on strategies, just max out ammo types and adrenaline. I hope you picked up the assault rifle on the collector's ship, because you'll be using it a lot.

I usually get games for PC. It's generally cheaper and I have a choice between gamepad or mouse and keyboard.
