Now, I actually bought some Wii points in anticipation of the Music Store on the Wii. 1. They haven't opened the Music Store on the Wii yet
2. I've contacted them numerous times, and I've gotten absolutley no replys.
3. I can't send it in for repair, even for a price. No way, no how.

I think HMX is going above and beyond just trying to get this stuff working on the Wii in the first place...if you're going to be mad at a company, be mad at Nintendo for the way they designed the Wii.

Chill out, they're working on it.  And go to the ea support website, they're the ones who handle the instrument stuff (not HMX).  And I've sent inquiries two or three times and I've always gotten a fairly prompt reply (with a couple days).  Maybe something went wrong, just try again.

I used to buy Rock Band DLC like a stripper buying meth, but it's been a few months now.  The music selection has really been suspect at best.
