Last comment and I'm heading to bed. All you've got to do is don't download the bombcast. Speak with your actions, not complaining in comments. If others agree with you, numbers will decline on videos/articles/podcasts that have certain members, and they will respond.

The only time anything changed with comments/emails was the splitting of the bombcast with premium memberships, and that was much more than a few vocal minority.

The saddest part is that  @HotSando: is a paying member. At least I find it sad. I'm sure others think it's pretty funny. 

I don't want to live on this planet anymore.

The hilarious thing is that, Alex (so far in my listening) has been a perfectly fine guest so far. I understand where the hate comes from, but there's no reason for it at all this time.

My problem with the pirate section of Uncharted 3 was that it's basically a two hour detour in which no narrative progress whatsoever is made.

How can people say Patrick is the weak link when Brad almost never talks during the whole podcast unless he's spoken to directly?

Yeah so obviously everyone is entitled to their opinion. When Patrick first came on I was worried he was going to replace Jeff, since their comedic stylings seems similar. This made me quite sad! However I can see this is not the case, and really see no problem with Patrick.

I honestly do not like listening to Alex at all. Whatever.

I agree. I was around when Giant Bomb started, and I was surprised at how friendly the community was. I guess it was just a matter of time until the community became like every other game website community ever.

Also, I agree ENTIRELY with Patrick's sentiment about Uncharted 3's combat scenarios. They're super annoying. Among Thieves had the same issue later in the game with the monastery chapter where it was a sudden, unexpected spike in difficulty that never felt earned and it didn't communicate that kind of stuff to you well. It's that one thing that holds me back from seeing both games as complete masterpieces and makes me think that Naughty Dog is still stuck somewhere between good and great, like with the Crash Bandicoot games and the Jak games which got better as they went along but were always just barely missing the mark.

I havn't got to play much of WoW in years. I got to play SWTOR this big beta weekend and loved it.

Made a character in TOR. Noticed I couldn't make a Rodian. Noticed it was really cartoony. Noticed it was not Skyrim. Went out and bought Skyrim. Haven't looked back (despite jank and crashing.)

@myshutup: I tried it a couple days ago, got about an hour in including character creation, and then immediately shut it off for Skyrim. Haven't touched it since.

People complaing about the cast need to go back and relisten to one of the E3 specials with Leigh Alexander. That'll put the fear of god back in ya...

I hop onto my most favoritest website giantbomb.com to find a new podcast waiting for me, only to discover that Alex Navarro is going to be on it. Everything about Alex is like nails on a chalkboard to me, so I decide not to listen this week. I leave a short comment saying just that. Instead of listening to the Bombcast, I decide to go out for a few hours. I come home and get back on Giant Bomb to find that people are calling me a basement dweller. One guy (who has a paid subscription to A VIDEO GAME WEBSITE) has the ...balls? Sure. I'll be generous and say he's got the "balls" to call me a nerd. Another guy goes so far as to say that I should leave the site. And lots of other ridiculous comments flying back and forth as well. Alex himself even gets in on the action and says (not to me) that the site's staff don't give a shit about what its fans think.

I love you, internet. Don't change. <3

Obviously not the detail Brad is looking for, but if I'm remembering correctly the switching PS3 details were pretty simple. Switching out harddrives was a bit of a pain in the ass, but just buying a new PS3 and moving the data was easy.

Connect the two via ethernet cable, then you have to like deactivate one as your primary PS3 in Account Settings, then you do a transFAR (which takes too long), and then you have to activate the new one as the primary PS3? I think it was that simple. Would recommend seeing if there is an "upload all save data to the cloud" function these days, if you're a PS+ subscriber, as my LittleBigPlanet Data didn't make the transFAR. It was the only casualty though, as far as I can tell in this last year. And I play my PS3 A LOT.
