Wait, I'm confused. Why aren't they using their flying time machine like their suppose to? Did it break down?

Watching them play this is like watching someone play Sonic without realising they can charge up their 'run'. And then complaining about the game for being 'a bit slow'.

Good times. If only they knew it's possible to avoid many of the encounters they ran into. Though there are some much bigger "if onlys" if we wanted to play that game.

It was immediately followed by "oh god damn it!" when he missed the door. I wish they'd get a new TV.

I've never played this game, so I've only seen what they have... but where did it explain that they could take it back through time? The only prompt I saw was something along the lines of "the time part of this time machine is broken."

@animathias: The very first thing they did when they got it was go through time.

That was the whole point of everything they did in the Future it in the first place, to retrieve the Time Machine.

It said that the time part was going haywire, probably just a result of what happened in the following cutscene. I agree though, I watched them go in and out of the time machine several times and it didn't take them to the era selection screen, how do you even activate it?

@RockmanBionics: They've done it at least once before in the ER. It explains how when you first use it, you just have to press Y.

I'm pretty sure I had an orgasm when I saw the length of this.

Flying time machine is of course forgot about the second it leaves the screen. It's too funny to be upset about.

I keep trying to go back to the first time I played through the game. And wondering if I had the same difficulties. But I don't think it's possible I could have forgotten a flying time machine that I just got.

ETA: And blaming the game for the constant backtracking they're forcing on themselves just puts the icing on the shit cake.

Another great episode to end the week guys. One thing to keep in mind about Bagus is that it is impossible for him to learn Dual or Triple Techs. I assume it has something to do with no one trusting him as the former bad guy. Also you can travel through time in your flying time ship so you should be doing next to 0 walking on the over world map. You probably could have avoided all the needless encounters this episode. Some users don't seem entertained by this series but I am not one of them. Please keep doing these videos!

I really... really hope they are going to read these comments.... then record a video of themselves doing a massive facepalm! Also so funny them complaining about the game while being unaware that they are shitting in their own pants.

Yeah, you just press the Y button and it takes you to the time selection screen. The game mentioned it when they got it and they even had to press it to get back to Zeal. That coupled with the wings makes getting around easy and non tedious.

Hope they catch onto that because I like it when they're making fun of the story and events (no sarcasm). It's entertaining. Also the side quests require you to fly around in different times so there's that too.

When they get a new TV, I hope they get it professionally calibrated for their lighting conditions. It seems like kind of an important TV to trust to factory defaults.

Not really sure why they used all of those magic tabs on Bucca; it was clear they weren't going to keep her in the party, she was just a replacement until they got the new party member next or got Brono back. They didn't even end up doing a fight with her before they swapped her out (after giving her the magic tabs that is). Oh well, overall still fun to watch and still enjoying this ER.

Please never remind me of this. It pains me so much that these guys are paid to play video games yet don't seem to have that underlying gamer sense that anyone who has played as many games as them would have. To be fair, if this was Brad playing he would have died at every boss at least once.

This is hilarious a part of me kinda hopes that they try to do the whole rest of the game with those portals and never find the 2poch again.

And I don't think this is too far fetched cause they've been skipping over that power meal in their inventory for the last 10 episodes at least.

They just spent the last five game-hours salivating over an airship, then forget they just got an airship literally the second they landed it.

Sure, the level design in the future isn't the greatest, too many confusing layers which aren't easily separated visually, but damnit, the over world music there is the most beautiful shit in the game.

It's was funny to me back when I played CT, that you could rename Magus, even though clearly they've been calling him Magus all this time.

I couldn't do it, I had to skip the back half of this ER video. I couldn't stand them forgetting THEY HAVE A FRICKIN FLYING TIME MACHINE. I was yelling at my computer. I've been doing that so much with this ER, and I've barely played Chrono Trigger.

So, if they had been doing side quests and grinding, would the new dude be a higher level? Or is he always level 37?
