These dueling endurance runs are a great demonstration on why you should attack obstacles with a positive outlook. The VJ run accepted the shortcomings of this game, made the best of them, and got through the game without too much trouble. BR are having a much worse time. Their apathy, scorn, and frustration seem to get in the way and they end up lost and dead much more, generally accompanied by tons of complaining. All four guys are obviously very capable game players, but attitude seems to divide how much enjoyment they get out of the game and how well they do in it. Luckily for us, both ERs are fun.

What was the comment about Vinny for?  I remember there were a few comments made at BR's expense in the messages back when team VJ tackled the deer head room, but I don't remember Vinny himself saying anything.

You really have to appreciate Ryan for keeping the mood cheerful and Brad calm when Brad does bad and seems like he's about to just quit.

Man, Brad's lack of health kits makes me mad nervous. Especially when he doesn't recognize the benefit of running away from shotguns.

Brad's problem is trying to play the game as if it were a quality product.

I can understand the choice in the room of deers, as the shadow of luchadeer casts fear in the hearts of everyone to those who mock him, but it's just more opportunity for further ER as the team overcomplicates things.   

 
It would have been interesting if during the chase of the raincoat killer if it just reversed the process from ealier involving all the L/R running, box pushing, etc. Am I the only one who would greatly enjoy (when Swery makes a sequel to DP) that he lets the crew from Giantbomb do some of the zombie/cast voices??

Haha, I totally got stuck on that door my first time, too. Took me like 10 minutes to realize what the hell I was supposed to do. Seeing York knocked back like that over and over again is fucking hilarious, though.

who would have thought at the start of the ER brad would be letting this game of the hook! :)

Poor Brad shoots a random deer head, and the runs away since it didn't work. Oh, and just like VJ, they are afraid to eat Thomas' Biscuit.

*sigh* I hate being the Negative Nancy, but Brad shoots a single deer head (the one that's not upside down, I might point out) and says, "Nope, won't work." I've never played DP so I don't know what I would do, but surely I would also shoot the upside down head?

So painful to watch when they Ryan suggests hitting the deer heads, then they try a not highlighted one, then leave the room.

I think York slamming his head into the door is the no brainer clip for I <3 Mondays.

they shoulda done more side quests

I was wondering about Drew. How does he handle watching the same puzzle twice? And when one group can't seem to get it down and spend dozens of minutes figuring it out. How does he hold it together?
 
Heh, anyways, it'll be interesting to see how Brad and Ryan dig the grand finale and all that includes.
