Character level increases damage, but Persona level doesn't matter for damage other then that higher level = higher stats (and black frost has a huge magic stat even with his lower level). So its fine using him still, though fusing the black frost's skills into something better that learns more stuff would be optimal.

When i was watched yesturdays episode and Charlie was at the police station I was thinking "FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU, put your hand in the damn TV!!!!"

Did you guys not notice the two physicals Naoto has?  You need to start using those more to save mana.  That goes for Charlie and Chie as well, and Yosuke when he learns Brave Blade.

I thought character level = amount of SP/HP and the Persona strength stat determines physical attack damage and the Persona Magic stat determines the damage of a magic skill. "

I admit I haven't tested it in P4, but in Nocturne, P3, and even in Devil Survivor, demon/persona base level did affect overall effectiveness. I don't see why this would change in P4. It would only be a matter of about 50 damage, 100 at a max, but still worth mentioning. "

You guys might wanna start using your other higher level Personas, considering that Black Frost is tapped out on learning any new skills and the only other Persona that's gaining any experience is Tam Lin cause of his Growth 2.

Naoto's "Ultra Trigger" is bad ass.

PLEASE READ THIS !!! No spoilers.

 November 20th is the last day to save Nanako.

 November 27th is the last day to max out your social links with your party members.(you get a small amount of extra time if you go for normal ending)

December 2nd save at all cost and make a extra save point for tomorrow will decide if you will get the bad ending, normal ending, and true ending later.

You can still get Rise, Kanji, and Naoto to rank 10 but only if you can get the extra days from the normal/true ending route. Finish Rise and get Naoto up.

 You may have to cheat with Naoto and look for a correct answers faq for her to complete her in time.

 If you want me to I can post them up so let me know. I will only give the word choices nothing else.

 You may have to start looking at persona fuse sheets so you dont waste alot of money and to get the best bang for your buck.....

Use all the energy you can for the dungeon till you cant use any natural SP with your A team and Naoto. You may want to horde some extra cash by killing in lower dungeons but leave it out of vid for the sake of viewer intrest may lower....

I hope you see my advice and that you use atleast the top portion. I am rooting for you guys :)

Junes music should be playing in that thar dungeon.

Please try Naoto's physical skills at least once before you dismiss her completely.

Finally, another dungeon episode!  Can't wait for tomorrow to how this amazing week for the ER will end.  :)

I don't think everyone needs to freak out about this December 3rd business just yet. Let them save Nanako first. Then we'll worry about endings.

I've been watching these from the beginning for the past month or so and now I'm finally caught up. Wow.

Keep Naoto in the party so you can get Mahamaon and Mamudoon.

Man. I was hoping you guys would at least try Naoto's physical abilities once. Physical abilities are so underrated in this game. Using SP generally will drop enemies faster but using physical abilities will increase the duration you can spend in the dungeon. It's something I didn't really figure out until my second play through. Also, with those physical to all abilities, if even one of those criticals then the party member gets another turn. So there's still the potential for good damage.

Hopefully someone lets them know how to avoid the bad ending when it comes.  I'd hate for the Endurance run to end like that.

i would recommend keeping Naoto in the party, she does learn light to all, and dark to all.

I find it kind of funny how they were complaining about Naoto blowing through SP when she had more SP left at that point than both Yosuke and Yukiko, even though that is actually a problem for her.

Right now Naoto would actually do better on the team than Chie, since Chie's skills are pretty lacking at this point in the game. Though ignoring her would mean it would take even longer for her to get her good skills. I'd like to see a little more time with Naoto anyway though, since she doesn't get enough appreciation.

The fact you're yawning through it says a lot about the game.

Really should put mage's mark on Naoto as she needs the SP if you are going to continue to use her (which you should) and you should really not put Chie in her magic is terrible she has very little SP the only useful skills of hers are physical and galatic punt and seeing how little you use physical skills (you never even tried Naoto's) Chie's just empty space in the A team. Although I guess it serves the purpose to stifle Jeff's whining as he imagines getting stomped on by Chie with 10" stilletos.

Just wait till you guys get Naoto's affect-all spells along with the appropriate boosts. You will never have to worry about random encounters ever again.

Ya know...just because you're not giving away specific plotpoints, "expect the unexpected" et al are STILL SPOILERS. So cut it out! I've beaten the game twice, and the first time I nearly got the "true ending" without using a walk-through, so it's not impossible. Let 'em play the game and continue to entertain us in whatever way they think is going to give us the most entertainment.
So far they've been pretty on the money with what they think will amuse us, so maybe trust them a little?
