I maxed Chie and Yukiko in my first game, but I "friend zoned" both of them and ended up romantically with Rise, Ai, and Yumi (the drama girl.)  Part of it was I felt bad turning down girls who didn't have an easy path to steer them towards friends, like Chie and Yukiko have.  And part of it, well, I thought Yukiko and Chie made a better couple for each other anyway.  =) "

I'm proud of Jeff and Vinny. Going back and leveling some, grinding. Hopefully after this they'll be more prepared for the next adventure.

I don't think any other type of JRPG would work with an Endurance Run format, most JRPGs just devolve in a grind, however this has socializing to mix it up and add to the game so it doesn't get stale. I don't think many people would still be watching if all that was happening was grinding and the occasional cut scene per episode. I actually hope they do a Persona 3 Endurance Run after this.

I wish Kojima would make some sort of Metal Gear JRPG, because that's probably the only thing I can imagine would work as an Endurance Run other than a new Persona game. However, my knowledge of JRPGs is pretty limited to a handful of series, so there might be something totally awesome out there that would live up to this Endurance Run, who knows.

my god i love this franchise but cant they just force you  to advance the plot like in every jrpg or persona 3 where they give you a time limit
