If it's addressed to the business then it's completely fine for them to open, even with Alex's name on it. It's a UPS package anyway, not a USPS package, even if nobody really cares (especially Alex). 
 
Now if Ryan had went down the street and stolen mail from of the local 7/11, brought it back, and taped himself opening it, then you've got something to whine about.

Maybe Eidos knows that Alex doesn't work at the bomb and it was really just some sort of social commentary.  Like since Alex is so close to you guys, his mind is a prisoner of Giantbomb, always thinking about it here.

and there was no "unrelaxed" about my comment, it was informing people its a real law, there were enough comments stating otherwise... my friend got arrested in high school for stealing someones mailbox because it pulled out of the ground easily.. so yeah its real. Same law can apply with the baseball bat mailbox hittin' kids, you can get in big ass trouble if caught; tampering with mail on top of vandalism! Again good law, what if you had merchandise or a paycheck in that mailbox?

 I wonder if enough game companies send stuff to Giant Bomb with Alex's name on it will Alex leave Harmonix to reap the rewards of free swag. Make it happen! Send as much stuff to Alex in the GB office as possible. Hell, after putting out a Beatles game it cant get much better can it? Join the GB crew!!
