@WrathOfBanja: C'mon dude, it's the biggest PC game out for a long while. The sheer weight of people playing it crashed Blizzard's servers. I think some people on this site are interested in hearing more about it; as are at least Jeff, Ryan, Drew and Brad by the sounds of it.

Also, I feel that console gamers need to more appreciative towards PC gamers. You don't fight PC Elitism with sarcasm and spite, you do it by accepting that they're interested in something you might not be. Maybe they won't care, those goddamn PC elitists, but less hate is always a good thing, right?

On another note, I really, really want Dragon's Dogma to be good.

Dear giantbomb crew.

Please start putting some effort and production value into your videos again. Remember when I Love Mondays was roughly 2 minutes long. told you exactly what they were doing that week on the site, told you about all the releases and did it in a short and nicely presented way? yeah. those were great.

Now we get 4 dudes standing around for 7-10 minutes each time asking each other whats going on, none of them ever seem to know. as if they didnt plan the video at all, put in no effort or preparation even though they do it every week. It's almost insulting to have them stop and look up whats coming out this week on their own website. thats something you should do BEFORE you start recording, you know preparation and effort?. at least edit it out of the video so you at least look like you know what you're doing.

Its just disappointing when your favorite site starts taking the lazy route every single time. When random Youtube reviewers have better production value than a big name video game site, thats just sad.

@Styl3s: theres a difference between snazzing it up. and taking 2 minutes to prepare a damn video so its not 7 minutes of pointless rambling. these guys are professionals. they should at least put some damn effort into their content. they should, i dunno prepare for the video instead of confusingly looking at each other for the answers. having to look up the new releases on their own website?

if they don't care enough to put effort into the content they provide, why should we? but you'll apparently take anything they give you without questioning it. i care about the site, i dont want it to slowly devolve into lazier than youtube reviewers content-wise.

Are you joking? These videos are just a glimpse at how they actually prepare for their weekly content. I am sure that they would be having this exact same conversation regardless of whether they were filming it or not. Maybe they could make a more "professional" video like the old ILM videos, but all those would be is a synopsis of this exact conversation that you are seeing now.

like i said, criticism isn't a bad thing. it helps them improve what they do and gives feedback they can use int he future. it also rewards us with better quality stuff. everyone wins. i doubt they want an army of "yes man" fans.
