I've heard of this game... is it any good?

I played the beta. It is an awesome game, very well polished.

Been looking forward to this QL. I do like this game - it fixes a lot of little annoyances with WoW and has some cool ideas going on. Still it's totally an MMO, and a grind heavy one at that. Don't think I'll be in this for the long haul, but fun to mess around in.

I like Dave but a game as silly as this requires two cats who are willing to put bikini hobbit out on the field.

@Snide How well would you say Aion runs? I've got a laptop that runs Wow pretty well and Crysis......poorly-ish. Obviously, the quick look is on the office tech, but if my compy is running Crysis at all , am I going to get decent performance out of Aion?

higher polygon count doesn't seem to be enough reason to switch over to this game.

as wholeheartedly very fucking interested i am in this amazing new offering to the point and click combat, well point and click in general, item gathering game.
 
Not only that! But i get to pay them every month to gather their virtual junk...you know feel like a real g, an elite upper class blue-item gatherer.

I just bought it and I'm under the process of installing it right now! ;D

Glad to see this is finally up.  Dave, if you ever get bored, come to Marchutan, got a good group of players that started out in FFXI and have been together for 2-5 years.

I really really wish they kept the asian voice tracks though...the new ones are terrible and annoying! you can hear everyone saying the damn same things that make no sense over and over. The annoying thing is, they kept em asian for a few cutscenes...which pisses me off even more, im talking about combat voices.
 
Fucking fantastic music though! i love the stuff! keeps me playing...

They were murdered by Crab Norris.  This QL is officially complete.

Nice QL, the game itself looks pretty average Asian mmo in every way and the story doesn't sound too interesting from what I've read.

It really looks nice, the streaming of textures and so forth seems to work very well. 
I would prefer it over WoW, simply because it's not WoW.

Good quick look, the game gets boring after you get used to the graphics though. I already uninstalled and canceled my subscription just a few weeks in.

I really don't know how anyone finds this game looks nice, yeah it has some polish but it's the same bland korean style as every free mmo out there, Age Of Conan, graphics wise, blows this out of the water.

I really want to play some MMO's but I just can't bring myself to pay a monthly fee to play a game

Aion is pretty good, but once I had to grind to gain a level I reactivated my WoW account.

This was painful the watch.. I love you Dave but don't say you do your research within five minutes of getting the level cap wrong. There were many other parts but that's okay. Thanks for the quick look at least :D

It looks pretty but OMG those combat voice sounds are God awful hope you can turn that off cause DAMN

I wanted to see more combat in this quick look! There were like 3 fights in the entire video... I still don't really have a feel for the combat.
