They choose a pretty good spot that will not spoil any the story. Yeah, the area they show off is off the wall when you try to wrap your head around it, but it will not ruin the overall story arc of the game. It is a little over an hour into the game.

It's not often that game critics seem to reach a consensus on anything, but this new bioshock seems to be universally loved by critics from every single publication. We haven't witnessed something like this in a damn long time.

Honestly, if Glenn Beck were to play this, he would think it was an unauthorized interactive biography of the constant loop of insanity that plays in his head.

From what I've played this game is pretty damn awesome, makes me want to go back to original Bioshock that I haven't touched since 2007.

Na, it's even before seeing Elizabeth for the first time...

Well now I feel dumb. I played through the whole game without once going into that Gear menu OR realizing there was an option for Damage numbers. I LOVE DAMAGE NUMBERS.

Oh well, I wanted to play through again on Hard anyway.

first hour of this game is sublime and a perfect build up imo.

I tend to think that the reason they don't attack her is because they obviously just don't want to kill her. She's the lamb and she's so like..sacred? I'm leaning towards they just don't want to harm her because they just want to get her back from Booker.

I don't have the game yet, but I think you also unlocked a classic hard mode after completing the game once, or by entering the konami code.

I've been waiting for that epic story arc where Lincoln Force had to face off against Devil Lincoln and Shiny John Wilkes Booth in a fight to the finish.

Anybody know if this runs okay on 360?

Yea. I'm not super interested in 1999 mode though, I'm no masochist when it comes to game difficulty. I played through on Normal and it was a cakewalk except for maybe two parts, and I just want to play it again because it's THAT good.

God I wish my copy was here already. Everybody I know is playing it, while I patiently have to wait for my copy to arrive. Not to mention it's a fucking long weekend. It's not gonna be here until sometime next week. Wish I had just bought it off of steam.

After the first time i heard the execution musical sting, i loved it soo much that i try to execute EVERYONE. I want to get that sting as my text message ringtone.

One issue is that the Audio logs don't have subtitles with them even when you turn subtitles on. Hopefully they have all the subtitles for that and fix that.

Will watch once I get deeper into the game.
