Dumb, dumb game. Kinda interesting to play it now.

I enjoyed the first one for some dumb fun.  This one certainly looks like it brings the dumb.  Although the biggest concern would be how damn easy this one looks.  The first one certainly didn't allow you to just go in swinging wildly - at least not through the entire ladder.

The first one got a big discount along the way and I didn't get it...if this gets the same, I'm in for some one-legged zombie sack races.

looks alright. there are plenty of modes, online play, decent gfx, decent gameplay.  Plenty of moves to learn and mess around with.
 
my nephew was a huge fan of the first one.  People genuinely liked the first game, nothing to do with irony.  It just appeals to a young crowd.  Lots of those dudes buy games so no mystery why it sold well.  I think I would have gotten a kick out of these games too when I was younger.

I sort of like how fast the matches go, just slash slash done :D.

What's up with the length of the battles, they're like only 20 seconds long.

You know what's better than liking something as crazy as Deadliest Warrior (both the show and game) ironically or legitimately? Thinking you're way too cool to like something as crazy as Deadliest Warrior ironically or legitimately. 

The first one was a mystery game in a mystery bracket in a fighting game tournament that got streamed on JTV. Once people realized how fucking insane it was, there was so much hype haha. I'd be pumped to watch a scrub league of this one with Zombie mode.
