Quick Look: Fat Princess: Fistful of Cake

A little unfair but definitely Brad's quickest death.

The PSP version looks neat, but I don't see a reason for it to exist if it's already on PS3.

The PSN version of this game is definitely worth owning. If you have a PS3, and like team based games, there's no reason to not have it.
 
The PSP version looks kinda "meh" but the PSN in version is fantastic.

One of the AIs was called Solid Cake.

The PS3 version of this game is awesome.

What is the shrink wrap to quick look time on this one? Maybe you should have someone who somewhat understands the game  explain it. I'm pretty sure you can't respawn at the outposts, and hat machines aren't simply upgraded by only tossing resources at them, you have to build on them too.  Also what TurboMan said, if you're going to be feeding cake to anyone in Rescue the Princess, it really should be the enemy's princess while she's in your base.
I know most people who played the PSN version probably know these things, but for those who haven't and thought about playing  either version based on this quick look, it's kind of like a misrepresentation.

This game is an insult to fat princesses everywhere.

Always happy to watch another QL, but know this: you feed their princess in your castle, Brad kept going to the same dead ends on the map, and Ryan, well, let's just say it seemed a bit to early for him to be his cheery self XD

Wow I had no idea Fat Princess was so awesome (I thought it was another cooking game). I think I'll get it for PS3 now.

I kind of feel bad about laughing when the announcer said "They're in our base killing our doodz!"

Why would you mimic a stereotypical ghost to talk to royalty?

IE if their princess is in your base you feed her so it takes more time for them to carry her back. You has absolutely no idea how to play fat princess... maybe in the future you should have a few practice rounds before trying to show something off on a QL... even after only an hour of the psn demo i could do a  better job of explaining the ins and outs than this garbage. I love the QLs but please put a little effort into it before just slopping something up here.

Don't take it the wrong way Brad, but was some stuff that you got wrong:
 
1. Your princess is in the enemy castle while their princess is in yours.
2. You have to fatten up their princess so as to make it harder for them to carry her back to their castle.
3. You cannot respawn at the towers outside of your base.

I wish more people played the PS3 version.  It's hard to find full rooms and the bots just don't cut it compared to players.

Man, the Fat Princess games continue to be more British than a tea-soaked Queen driving on the left side of the road.

"When ya Brad, you lose"   ffs Ryan who do ya think you are? I've seen you play games and you pretty much suck most of the time and bitch about it or go off in a hissy fit. This whole "pulling a Brad" is obviously having a detrimental affect on Brad. Working together, i'd like to see some support for the guy, not belittling him

Although I do remember that the press abandoned this game very quickly when it was released due to the bugs.

This looks like an awesome game, but woooooooaaaaaaaah that map. It makes my head spin.

Does anyone still play the PS3 version? The cake got stale very quickly as no one wanted to be a worker and team work was non-existent. Maps felt too large as well with no clear chokepoints - you could happily capture outposts without seeing another character around. It may work better on the PSP but given that their gamer audience has shrivelled away, I'm not expecting too many people will rush out to get this. Rest in Peace(walker) PSP.
