I'm instantly getting a Quake 4/Prey vibe off of this.

This has nice visuals... the gameplay seems old school but I'm liking it.

Those small robots look like they're straight out of Screamers!

I'm loving the weapon design. The fact the three spark plugs (or whatever) on the back of the plasma rifle go up and down in quick succession when using the blaster, and then all go down at once for the mortar, is really nice.

Looks VERY promising... like they took what made Deus Ex good, threw in what made Bioshock awesome, along with a bit of Painkiller (of course) and a bit of Vanquish to round it all out.

I saw Electric Trebuchet at the local dive. They suck live.

That's a fucking great main menu. I almost want to get this game just for that.

I cant stand when you are supposed to be on city streets and they're void of people.

wondering if ryan and brad ever played painkiller. game looks pretty much the same with a graphic overhawl and diferent art style, but the shooting, secrets, even the view angle it looks and feels so much like painkiller. expectable really and comendable, painkiller was a great game :)

God everything about this game is fucking cool as hell.  Day 1 purchase for sure.

This looks like my kind of game! I will be sure to snatch it up once I upgrade my PC.

This game looks like heaven for my sci-fi nerd brain. So glad it's coming out sooner than later.

I really like that the menus are animated but the people that call on your HUD aren't. PRIORITIES!

And maybe its just me being super out of touch with PC games, but damn this game is fucking gorgeous.

After recently finishing The Witcher, I became a fan of CDProjekt.

This, too, looks pretty rad.

as far as I remember, it was explained (all the humans are underground because of these robots). bit like the matrix.

it's true, when a game is announced too early at first I'm all OMG OMG OMG this is gonna be so awesome, then when the game is finally about to come out, I'm so tired of waiting I kinda don't care any more.

Wow this is one mediocre lookin' game. This game, besides the graphics, could have existed in the 90s. When will developers start doing more interesting things with the FPS genre?

Well, like they said in the QL, the game seems to run fine on fairly old hardware...

Yea, that's true. I'll just have to check the minimum requirements and such. My laptop is just starting to hit the old mark, although at the time I first got it, it was amazing. It's probably about 3-4 years old now.

Dude, this looks fucking awesome.

Looks visually interesting, but if the finesse of the gameplay begins and ends with "shoot the panel" its about as deep as the "hey a barrel next to the guy, shoot it" mechanics of the last decade. And seriously, circle strafing as something mindlessly lumbers your way in 2011. Cmon. Is the shooter mechanics bar that low? Have a little respect for your fanbase, some people can see through the shiny shit and notice this game is mechanically on par with any given shooter from 2004. 
But hey, it is a demo. Maybe it gets interesting later.

I really love the look of the game, but I don't care for the linear gameplay. I just find linear shooters to be really tedious and repetitive to play. Wish them the best of luck, as it looks like they took the time to make it good for PC.

I totally agree with this. At least, in most cases.
