A purse is like a wallet for females, a handbag is just a bag you put your shit in like purse, makeup and phone.

At that level where it says 'Hold space' i wonder if they could just turn around and jump into the purple shaft without having to go through the whole level.

A few very important things they seem to have glossed over in the Quick Look:

• Each level has three stars to unlock, one for beating the level, one for beating the target time, and the final one for doing so without missing a shot.
• Your accuracy is that percentage shown at the end of the level. You want it to be 100%
• The gameplay is mainly based around memorising courses and then running them flawlessly. Think Trackmania.

I've been playing this game all afternoon and it's really something special. The levels are tightly designed and flow beautifully from one moment to the next, making it a joy to play them over and over in search of a flawless run.

Also the entire soundtrack is on Bandcamp for streaming / downloading.

ラブリープラネット, the text under the title of the game, is simply the phoneticization of the words "Lovely Planet" in the Japanese syllabary (pronounced 'ra-bu-ri pu-ra-net-to) (at 6:08 Dan looks at it in reverse, again, just the title of the game)

冒頭, 'boutou' which appears as Dan enters the first level, means "beginning,' appropriately enough.

敗れた or 'yabureta' is basically just "defeated," being the past tense form of the verb "yabureru"

受け流し or 'ukenagashi' sort of means "to go with the flow," or to turn take it in stride.

味方 or 'mikata' means ally or friend, and is what the friendly squares yell when killed.

This game, it's visuals and soundtrack has the spirit of those PS1 - Dreamcast era Japanese games. Something I've been craving for a long time. I'm also sold on this.

I hate how Dan never takes the time to research basic information about a game like what it costs. I understand it's a quick look, but that doesn't stop any other members of the team.

This actually looks like a pretty good shooter like Doom. You have a really fast movement speed and you can strafe dodge those bullets.
